Post Pink

“Post Pink, Living With Advanced Breast Cancer” which was launched by Deputy Premier Jackie Trad  can be viewed online at this link https://www.advancedbreastcancergroup.org.au/postpinkmovie/

You are Not Alone

“You are Not Alone – a film about living with secondary breast cancer” is the story of 3 of the women in the group. It was produced in 2008, and was launched by the then Governor of Queensland, the Honourable Quentin Bryce.

Walking Beside Her

“Walking Beside Her, a partner’s journey with secondary cancer” was made with the husband of one of the women in the group, who was interviewed at one of the Workshops. and was launched by Anna Bligh, then Premier of Queensland, in 2011.

At the same workshop that the partner’s DVD was filmed, we also filmed a Q&A with Dr Robyn Cheuk, a radiation oncologist, “Ask a Radiation Oncologist: Common questions about radiotherapy in the treatment of cancer”, when she addressed some common concerns and anxieties about radiation therapy.  This film is now several  years old, so it is probable that the technology has changed substantially.  However the experiences of the women in the film are likely to be familiar to others, and the questions asked may well be helpful.

To read feedback and comments on the DVDs view each page here – Walking Beside Her, Radiation Therapy.
